The Conditorei Sluka has been treating its guests to delights for the eye and the palate, and for body and soul, for over 125 years. Every single delicacy is lovingly made by hand at the bakery in Vienna and is bound to please even the most discerning taste buds.

Confectionery school in Vienna
We apply the strictest criteria when training young people and career-changers for the role of confectioner.
Confectioners make all kinds of cakes, baked products (such as strudels, doughnuts, croissants), scones and small cakes, bonbons, sweets and ice cream. For celebrations such as Easter, St Nicholas Day and Christmas, they make special products like chocolate Easter rabbits, chocolate St Nicholas figures and many other specialities. They do a great deal of the work (including shaping the dough) by hand. They work with various other specialists and assistants and have contact with customers and with suppliers.
